Tasty avocado & coconut chocolate muffins

Of course healthy, no added sugar or flour.

You will need only:

150 g grounded coconut

80 g avocado (cca one small avocado)

1 table spoon coconut syrup

3 table spoons of coconut oil

300 ml canned coconut milk

200 g high quality chocolate


Mix coconut and avocado well in a mixer until you get a sticky mass that you press into muffin sheet and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

*Tip: The coconut syrup is super healthy alternative of sweetener and helps to beat the avocado flavor little more :)

Meanwhile break the chocolate into small cubes, heat the coconut milk and mix it together so that you get a glowy chocolate.


Pour it on top of the avocado-coconut layer.


Let it sit in the fridge.

Decorate with coconut or anything you like :-) I had these white chocolate baking decor.

Unfortunately, my baking tin was not high enough to fit all chocolate, so try to use something where you can fit as much chocolate as possible, as it will be much tastier that way ;)


Macros are although calculated with all the chocolate from the recipe. 1 muffin:

Energy 271cal / 1084kJ Protein 2,7 Carbs 9,4 Fat 25,9 Sugar 4,1 Fiber 2,9
