Fit chocolate cheesecake (no bake)

I don´t really know why I call it fit, maybe just because I added protein in it :-D Macros for this cake are little higher, but it´s definitely worth considering to offer it to your friends, if you are organizing a party. Tiny slice is enough to kill your cravings, as it is very filling too. Although the fact that it´s super yummy makes it harder not the eat all of them!
For 16 portions you will need:
130g Bebe keks (Lotus cookies / any butter cookies )
30g butter
70g coconut butter (peanut butter / coconut oil / mix it however you like)
500g low fat curd
250 ml double cream (whipped cream)
30g protein powder
400g high % chocolate
Grind cookies and oats and mix it together with melted butter.
Press the mass on the bottom of round cheesecake sheet on a baking paper.
Melt 300g of chocolate on steam.
Meanwhile mix curd and cream in a separate bowl. (I´m thinking the same will work with no cream, if you wanted to save calories).
Add protein powder.
When the chocolate is melted, let it cool down and then pour into the bowl with curd and cream.
The mass will become stiff while mixing, so do it quickly and properly. You will have a good bicep workout.
Pour the mixed chocolate mass on the cookie corpus.
Smooth it nicely. 😊
Melt the rest 100g of chocolate on steam (you can add a little bit of milk / coconut oil).
Cool it down a little and pour on top of the cake.
Let cool down in refrigerator.
