The reason WHY you are not losing weight

People think that there are many reasons why they cannot lose fat.


The reason is simple. They´re probably eating too much.

You´re surrounded by several marketing campaigns offering crazy (not really) working diets, detoxes, cleanses, all that money-making bullshit. All these might be actually working - very good and fast - but for a short term. After this period you not only crave for normal food, higher your daily income and gain that fat back, but you might crave for everything you was keeping off your mouth - which might result in a huge problem as well, such as #bingeeating disorder, #foodintolerance etc.



"So what should I do?"


To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in.

For the beginning it´s nothing more & nothing less. It´s easy to understand, everyone has already heard about it and if you think about it, it really makes sense as well.


Unfortunately for a lot of people it´s easy to understand, but harder to follow, or more hard to beat their laziness and start to count them calories. Why? Nowadays you can find apps and tips everywhere AND FOR FREE ;-)


I recommend calculators like: MyFitnessPal , FatSecret or Kaloricke Tabulky for SK & CZ.


The perfect combination to maintain your body weight is consistent eating within your calorie goal and a fitted training program.

Keep in mind !


Take your time, #persist, make it a lifestyle, enjoy it, don´t rush. "Good things take time", right? Slow process will have your body learn better to the new lifestyle, and crazy changes won´t affect you with bad habits and cheating. *No more than 0,5 kg of weight loss per week is recommended, although, in the beginning the #weightloss will probably be faster.


The amount of meals you eat per day has no relevance to the speed of your metabolism, as long as you reach your calorie goal.


Eating well 5 days per week isn’t enough. #Consistency is the key, eat within your calorie goal every day and you will see progress.


This is very short article explaining the basics of the energy income/ outcome ratio, I will definitely write another articles in the future, with more focus on calorie tracking, macros, IIFYM, more advantage weight-loss and fat-loss strategies such as intermittent fasting etc.
